Questa torta semplice e veloce,adatta anche ai celiaci,e' davvero deliziosa.Gli ingredienti sono questi: 150g di cacao amaro,370gdi cioccolato fondente,3 uova,200g di zucchero,170g di burro.Sciogliere il cioccolato a bagnomaria e lasciarlo intiepidire. Nel robot lavorare il burro con lo zucchero,quando sarà spumoso aggiungere le 3 uova,una alla volta,facendo incorporare bene il primo prima di aggiungere le altre 2.Mettere il cacao e poi infine il cioccolato sciolto.Mettere l'impasto in una teglia da 20cm,livellandolo,cuocere per 25 minuti nel forno ventilato a 160 gradi.Sara'cotta quando si formerà una leggere crosticina in superficie, l'interno sarà morbido.Una vera delizia, provatela.
